of the City of Saint Paul Public Housing Agency
Welcome to the City Wide Resident Council (CWRC) website dedicated to serve residents at Saint Paul Public Housing Agency!, CWRC serves as the central organization overseeing Four family site councils: McDonough Homes, Roosevelt Homes, Mt. Airy Homes, and Dunedin Terrace. (Scattered Sites) These sites collectively house around 1,700 families throughout St. Paul. Each family site operates its own resident council, electing up to five resident leaders to represent their interests. These councils receive funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and PHA to support activities that benefit residents.
This website caters to officers and residents of St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) family sites, as well as the wider public. It provides information on CWRC's history, mission statement, council activities, meeting schedules, and resources for officers and residents
